		Lesa McPherson, BS, RN, Weight Management Coordinator lesamcp@monacocenter.net Lesa, a registered nurse, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. She is a recent graduate of The New England Center of Esthetics Education in Northampton, Mass. She has been employed at The University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT since 1991 and Interim Health Care of Farmington, CT since 1982. She has had a very rewarding career as a nurse, taking care of children, as well as adults, in a variety of settings, including intensive care, oncology, cardiac care and home care. Lesa recently joined the Monaco Center for Health & Healing and coordinates one of our medically supported weight management programs. She counsels patients and teaches them how to safely lose weight and keep it off.† She works closely with Dr. Monaco to insure that her patients receive the optimum health benefits during their initial weight loss period before†gradually transitioning into a long term maintenance.† Patients learn how to eat which helps them to keep the weight off and avoid rollercoaster dieting.

		Doris Bourque, Founder of Quantum Energetics dbourque@monacocenter.net Doris Bourque is the founder and chief specialist at Quantum Energetics, located in South Glastonbury, CT. She is a Certified Quantum Biofeedback Specialist, and has several years’ experience with biofeedback and the SCIO device. She continues to advance her training and certifications from the Quantum Alliance, which developed the SCIO device at the center of Quantum Biofeedback therapy. “My entire life, I have been a seeker…..a seeker of knowledge, experiences, expanding mind, and beliefs. After learning what the Quantum Biofeedback device, the SCIO, could do, I wanted to be a part of this new movement of wellness and the removal of stress in the body. Because it is non-invasive, in my opinion it is the ‘MEDICINE OF THE FUTURE’… I am as excited today as the day I first learned of the SCIO device. I’m here to teach, balance, and guide others to learn about this wonderful experience. To see my family, friends and clients educating themselves regarding their health and making positive lifestyle changes is very rewarding.”

		Brenda LaFleur, Executive Assistant blafleur@monacocenter.net Brenda joined the Monaco Center with 14 years of experience in the medical industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Phoenix. Brenda works as a liaison between Dr. Monaco and his patients to address their health and wellness questions and concerns. She prides herself in providing compassionate and attentive patient care. “At the Monaco Center we are focused on helping people achieve optimal health and wellness. I appreciate our patients’ motivation and proactive approach to their well-being.
